Vice President/Growth, Short Order (A Bowstring Company)

Matt Sullivan is vice president for growth at Short Order (A Bowstring Company), a global content creation studio with offices in Wilmington, Delaware and Conshohocken, Pa. A first-career journalist, he came to Delaware as the founding editor and general manager of Spark magazine. After Spark, he spent five years as the managing director of Delaware Shakespeare while producing award-winning content and providing strategic communications counsel for the Greater Wilmington Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Wilmington Alliance, Reading Assist Institute, the World Trade Center Delaware, the Delaware Coalition Against Gun Violence, and the Delaware Charter School Network (among others). At Short Order, he was the executive producer of the Emmy award-winning “The Pathway Home,” a short documentary about New Castle County’s HOPE Center, and ADDY-award winning work for the Wilmington “It’s Time” campaign and the Delaware Developmental Disabilities Coalition. He’s been a columnist, blogger, podcaster, restaurant critic, and spent eight years reviewing movies that he hadn’t seen. He still commits random acts of journalism, usually in Delaware magazines. He lives in Newark with his wife, Janice, and two kids.
